Black Lynx Spotted in Aquetong Spring Park, Solebury Residents Asked to Report Sightings

A furry friend is lurking amongst the trees of Solebury Township’s Aquetong Spring Park, and residents should be on the look out.

A furry friend is lurking amongst the trees of Solebury Township’s Aquetong Spring Park, writes Matt Coughlin for KYW Newsradio.  

In a video posted online, a feline figure is scene prowling around the Solebury park. Police say they believe the creature is a black lynx, closely related to the bobcat.  

This sighting was reported by a citizen Wednesday morning. Authorities are urging anyone who spots the cat to call 911 or the police department.
