The property hosting Warminster’s Tesla dealership, the first in Bucks County has been listed for sale at nearly $19 million.

Bucks County is gearing up to welcome a brand-new Warminster Tesla dealership, writes Dino Ciliberti in The Patch.

The soon-to-be-established dealership along York Road will be a first for Bucks County, and could add 30 to 40 new jobs to the local economy.

Spanning 9 acres, the dealership is located across from Archbishop Wood High School. The construction is projected to cost between $6 to $8 million.

Beyond being just a car showroom, the facility will boast an alignment center and a dedicated storage section for tires and other automotive supplies.

For those familiar with the Tesla brand, other dealerships can be located in King of Prussia, Devon, and Lawrence, New Jersey.

Drake Motors Partners aims to open the dealership to the public by the end of 2023.
