With the new “Sesame Street” store opening at the Langhorne amusement park, a large surprise is in store for visitors for a limited time.

Sesame Place will open the largest “Sesame Street” store in the entire country on Oct. 8. The new store will sell a wide variety of merchandise tied to the franchise, as well as other goods to help make a day at the park even more special.

In collaboration with Just Play Products, the new store will temporarily be the new home of the world’s largest Elmo plushie. The massive toy is situated in the store for all to see.

Originally set for Oct. 7, the grand opening was moved to the following day to ready it for visitors. Guests will be able to gather outside the store for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 AM. A bubble-filled dance party, games, tasty treats, and exclusive giveaways will be held until 1 PM.
