There are many spooky attractions and events during Halloween in Pennsylvania, including several towns that are beautifully spooky and would make great destinations to explore during this time of the year, writes Aunindita Bhatia for The Travel.

New Hope placed ninth among the top ten such towns.

The Bucks County town is always filled with exciting activities. Around Halloween, the town transforms itself into a wonderland for an unforgettable festival.

At the selected times in October, there are special trains that run through the area. Those who are still up for a supernatural experience after the exciting ride can then join the Ghost Tours in the town.

There are also many Halloween parties that are organized in various places throughout New Hope.

As a bonus, the walk among scarecrows is guaranteed to be a memorable experience.

The best time to visit the town to enjoy its beautiful spookiness is in September and October.
