Dublin Town Center has announced a new hybrid restaurant to open in the near future, offering food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The Station, a dining establishment at the Dublin-based shopping center, will soon see two eateries combine forces to offer unique menu items in the morning and in the evening. The Manhattan Bagel of Dublin, owned and operated by Don and Stephanie Bradley, will open a hybrid dining spot with the Hugill family and chef Bob Marchesano, the masterminds behind Maxwell’s on Main (Mom’s) in Doylestown and Devils Acre in Plumsteadville.
The bagel shop will take the spot in the mornings and “Little Devils”, a new eatery operated by the latter-mentioned family and chef, will operate in the evening.
“The Hugills have lived in Dublin for 16 years, while Don and Stephanie have lived within walking distance for over 14 years,” the Dublin Town Center said on Facebook.
“They are so excited to be bringing these restaurants to their hometown.”
Bucks County residents can find a similar hybrid concept in Yardley, where Pretty Bird Coffee, located at 7 South Main Street, turns into Pretty Burger at night.
