New Hope Real Estate Tech Firm Raises $11M After Tripling its Revenue

Cecilian Partners tripled its annual revenue in 2022 and is on track to repeat that financial feat this year.

Cecilian Partners, headquartered in New Hope, reached a financial high point this year after it saw its revenue triple in numbers. Ryan Mulligan wrote about the local company for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The real estate technology firm has raised a $11 million Series A. The funding round was led by Resolve Growth Partners, a company based in Baltimore, Maryland.

The company, started in 2019 by John Cecilian, Jr., tripled its annual revenue in 2022 and is on track to repeat that financial feat this year.

As a part of its growth plan for the foreseeable future, the company plans to increase the amount of employees it has. With 13 people currently working out of the Bucks County office, it hopes to have 17 people in the area very soon. By next September, Cecilian hopes to have increased the company’s total headcount from 32 to 45 – 50 altogether.
