A township in Bucks County is looking to find new fire fighters to help keep the community safe and aid those in need.

The Warminster Fire Department, located at 300 Madison Avenue in Warminster, is looking to hire new fire fighters. The starting salary is $65,000 per year ($31.25/hr) with benefits, employer paid retirement plan, and two weeks vacation.

“Hartsville Fire Company, and many other local volunteer fire companies, pay for all training for their members,” the fire department said online.

“In fact, many of our members have used this training to get well-paying jobs with the certifications and experience gained from volunteering at HFC. If you are looking for a new career path, consider starting here.”

Those who are interested should forward completed job application, resume and cover letter to Warminster Township Human Resources cfriel@warminsterpa.org by July 24.

This opening presents a great opportunity for those who are looking for employment and those who are looking to help their fellow residents in times of need.
