The candy store has been making traditional treats for generations.

A popular candy shop in Bucks County has moved into a new location, but local fans of their confections do not need to worry.

Raymer’s Homemade Candies has moved into a new building in Doylestown, just down the road from their previous location. Their new spot was once the location of the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging.

The shop has been making confections based on family recipes for over 100 years, establishing them as a longtime favorite spot for locals and visitors to the area.

“Our candies are made fresh daily with love and care with recipes originating in the late 1880’s,” the shop said online.

“It is our commitment to use the same natural ingredients today as were used back then. These recipes have been trademarks for this family business for over 90 years, resulting in a variety of the finest candies available anywhere.”

Outside of the area, the candy shop also has a location in Middleburg, Virginia.
