Bucks County Biscotti Joins Forces with Philadelphia Brewery for Food, Drink Pairings

A bakery in Bucks County will be working with a popular brewery in Philadelphia to offer an evening of food and delicious food.

Bucks County Biscotti, with locations in Hilltown and Queensbury, New York, will be working with Philadelphia’s Evil Genius Beer Company to offer a “Beer and Biscotti Pairing” on July 18 from 7 – 8 PM.

The four-course beer and biscotti pairing will be held at the brewery in the city, located at 1727 North Front Street.

“Our Head Brewer, Matt Lally, will guide you through pairings including: Classic Almond Anise Biscotti with our Vienna Lager, Espresso Chocolate Chip Biscotti with our Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter, Lemon Poppy Biscotti with our Nectaron IPA, and Cranberry Walnut Biscotti with our Biere De Garde,” the brewery said online.

The bakery just celebrated 30 years of business in their home area. They created a wide variety of biscotti flavors over the past few decades, and the bakery has become a household name to many in Bucks County.
