Four Companies That Offer Unlimited PTO

Jobs with unlimited PTO are few and far between. In fact, only 6 percent of employers offer unlimited vacation days, according to the Society for Human Resource Management. However, there are still places that offer that incredible benefit. Here are companies that offer unlimited PTO, according to US News and World Report.  

LinkedIn 

This social network platform connects professionals all over the world. The company shuts down for a week at the end of the year. Employees also have access to fitness classes, massages, and personal trainers, writes Jamela Adam.  

Zoom 

This iconic video conferencing platform has transformed remote work. Employees get 10 paid holidays and seven sick days, but they can also take time off if they need to without cutting into their vacation time.  

Asana 

Asana is a software company that allows teams to manage their projects. In addition to unlimited PTO, Asana also offers gym memberships and paid parental leave.

This streaming service and video sharing platform give their salaried employees unlimited Paid Time Off. They also offer 12 weeks of fully paid leave for adoptive parents, writes Adam. Their employees also have half the day off before a major holiday.
