The location will be reopening after months of renovations.

One of the most popular restaurant chains in the country is looking to open another location in Bucks County, taking the place of a closed business. Peg Quann wrote about the developments for the Bucks County Courier Times.

Chick-fil-A is eyeing the former location of Middletown Township’s Ruby Tuesday for their latest location in the area. Located at 1440 Lincoln Highway in Langhorne, the new food spot would share the same shopping center as the local Lowes and Wells Fargo Bank.

If opened, this would be the second location in the Langhorne area; the franchise has a massively popular drive-thru spot at Lincoln Highway at its intersection with Oxford Valley Road.

Wilkinson Langhorne L.P., a developer based in Florida, will be discussing the plans with a zoning board at the Middletown Township Municipal Building on June 14.

Bucks County is already replete with Chick-fil-A locations, all of which have been massively popular since their opening days. If opened, this latest spot would help to further increase the chain’s presence in the area.
