The business will be offering adult-use sales to those over 21.

A popular town across the river from Bucks County will soon see its first legal adult-use cannabis sale this week.

Union Chill Cannabis Company LLC, located at 204 North Union Street in Lambertville, will officially begin serving adults 21 and older through online preorders on June 14 at 9 AM. The business, a majority women-owned and socially responsible cannabis company, is situated in a town that is a short drive or walk over the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge.

“This has been an incredible journey, and I couldn’t be prouder to open our doors and begin serving our community, family and friends,” said co-founder Laurie McHugh. “At Union Chill, we believe in the power of the plant to change peoples’ lives and are passionate about the work we do and the role we play in our community.”

Just over the Delaware River from New Hope, the business welcomed the first recreational cannabis sales in the New Jersey town.

“As someone whose family has lived in Lambertville for – at best count, seven generations – I am thrilled to open our dispensary doors in the Spokeworks Building on the same block my family has lived on for all those generations,” said Chief Visionary Officer Alexis Berends.
