The event will give guests a glimpse into the area's past while enjoying a variety of craft beers.

A historic property in Bucks County will be teaching history with food and drinks this weekend, a fun and interactive time for all.

Pennsbury Manor, located at 400 Pennsbury Memorial Road in Morrisville, will be hosting their Brews & Bites Fundraiser on June 24 from 4 – 8 PM. Local craft-brewed beers, food trucks, and live bands will be attending as the entertainment.

“Come tap into history and enjoy beer tastings, live music, and food while relaxing along the banks of the scenic Delaware River,” event organizers said online.

The manor was once the estate of William Penn, founder of the state of Pennsylvania and considered the father of Bucks County.

“This summertime celebration will feature local breweries from Bucks County and beyond, along with live music, food trucks, 17th century brewing demonstrations, and more.”

The event is for those who are 18 years or older. Tickets can be found online and run from $20 to $40.
