These are just as few ways you can instill a lifelong love of reading in your children.

Bucks County Free Library’s all-ages Summer Quest reading program returns on June 24.

Starting that day, Summer Questers can pick up toddler, elementary, or teen/adult reading logs at any Bucks County Free Library branch. For each day they read at least 10 minutes, readers fill in a leaf on the tree on the front of the log. Each leaf grants the participant one vote for the kind of tree their branch will plant outside.

Readers are also invited to earn six limited edition Summer Quest badges throughout the summer by completing challenges related to each badge’s theme.

Badge activity cards and reading logs are available at all Bucks County Free Library branches and at buckslib.org/summerquest starting June 24.

Each branch will celebrate the start of Summer Quest with a special performer on June 24. Performers and show times vary by branch. Visit calendar.buckslib.org to see who will perform at each branch.
