The bookshop is a popular fixture in the New Jersey town and nearby New Jersey.

A popular nonprofit devoted to the world of bookstores has recently highlighted a well-known business just outside of the Bucks County area.

IndieBound, a website devoted to all things books, regularly acknowledges noteworthy bookstores around the country. Recently, the site took notice of the Frenchtown Bookshop, located at 28 Bridge Street in the namesake town over the river from Bucks County.

“This charming space is Frenchtown Bookshop, a family-owned bookstore in Frenchtown, New Jersey,” the book site said on social media, with a picture of the bookstore attached. “Have you ever visited this wonderful bookshop?”

The store is stocked with literature for everyone of every reading level. Along with being a literary hub in the area, the shop regularly hosts author events, where writers can discuss their works and sign copies of their books with members for the community.

Much like nearby Lambertville, Frenchtown has become known as a small town just outside of Bucks County that is full of small shops, restaurants, and cozy atmosphere.
