Popular Event Promoting Police-Community Engagement to be Held in Perkasie

A popular community event in Bucks County will be continuing its efforts to keep residents and law enforcement in good standing. Staff writers at WFMZ 69 News wrote about the event.

Rise and Grind Cafe, located on North Seventh Street in Perkasie, will be hosting a “Coffee with a Cop” event on Monday. The event is held at several coffee shops around Bucks County at various points of the year.

The event gives members of the community the opportunity to speak one-on-one with law enforcement officials in an attempt to strengthen the relationship between the two.

“Sending big thanks to the Perkasie Town Improvement Association and Rise & Grind Cafe for sponsoring the event and to the community members that spent their morning with us,” the police department said online. “We look forward to next time!”
