There are different types of imposter syndrome and a myriad of causes. Here are surefire ways to deal with imposter syndrome, according to Forbes.

Acknowledge Your Feelings

Find a Therapist

Nothing is more important than taking care of your mental health. Compassion focused therapy is a practice used to develop a sense of self-worth and overcome your own internal criticisms.

Talk it Out

Your colleagues and friends could be feeling the same way and going through their own struggles with imposter syndrome. Confiding in people you care about validating your shared struggles can help smooth out your insecurities.
