The culinary event will combine beer, food, and unique desserts.

A popular bakery in Bucks County is celebrating a monumental breakthrough in the history of confections that helps them to this day.

Bucks County Biscotti, with their main location situated at 10 West Creamery Road in Hilltown Township, took to social media to discuss the innovative creation of Belgian chocolate.

“In 1828, Conrad Van Houten, a Dutch chemist, invented a hydraulic press that made it possible to produce cocoa powder, which was used to create solid chocolate,” the bakery said online.

This innovation in chocolate-making opened the doors for so many bakers and chocolatiers, resulting in countless sweet creations since Van Houtem’s machine.

“All our biscotti is made using only the finest…and smoooothest….Belgian chocolate available.”

Recently, the bakery opened a second location in New York. Located in the Queensbury area, this new location just opened their own honor stand, just like the one in Buck County.
