The student, who is the head of a college organization, had many great things to say about the school's leadership.

A university student from Bucks County is one of many people at her school who is praising the leadership of the college’s president. Susan Snyder wrote about the local student in The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Sydney Gibbard, a senior biomedical engineering major at Pennsylvania State University and a resident of Yardley, is one of many members of the school’s students and staff who had great things to say about Neeli Bendapudi, the school’s president.

Gibbard, who is also president of the University Park Undergraduate Association, said that the president’s openness and positive attitude toward students has had an impact on her views of the school.

“She has this way of making you feel like you are the most important person in the world when she speaks to you,” Gibbard said.

“It takes more time to sit down with people, explain where you are coming from and get to that decision together, but you’re building a relationship that can be used in the future.”
