The Bucks County chapter raised funds for the Temple University healthcare organization.

The Bucks County chapter of a well-known cancer treatment center recently gave a large donation to help local healthcare efforts.

The local chapter of the Fox Chase Cancer Center, a healthcare operation from Temple University, recently donated $83,500 to their parent organization. The local chapter presented two checks, one worth $65,000 and one worth $18,500, to doctors that work for the cancer center.

“The Chapter raised funds to support Dr. Bleicher’s continuing breast cancer research through their 2022 Bingo Night, and dedicated their 2022 Special Pledge fundraiser to supporting Dr. Yang’s Medullosblastoma research,” the Ambassadors of Fox Chase Cancer Center said online.

“Thank you Bucks County Chapter of Board of Associates of Fox Chase Cancer Center for all your hard work supporting our doctors and their life saving research!”

Back in February, Keith Fenimore, the founder and Executive Director of Pine2Pink, presented a check to Fox Chase Cancer Center Buckingham in the amount of $25,000 to support the expansion of Fox Chase services in Buckingham.
