The new location will offer a wide array of smoothies and other healthy food options.

A popular smoothie chain is opening yet another location in Bucks County, offering healthy foods and drinks to local residents. Ryan Kneller wrote about the new smoothie spot for WFMZ 69 News.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe, a national fast-casual cafe concept, is offering a taste of the tropics in the Quakertown area. The eatery, operated by franchisee Dipesh Bhatt, is in the Trainer’s Corner shopping center in Richland Township, just outside of Quakertown.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has over 1,150 locations throughout the country, including over two dozen locations in Pennsylvania.

“Today’s consumers need an escape more than ever, and they seek out healthier food options that make them happy,” notes the franchising page. “We continue to share the craveability of the tropics and satisfy the tastes of our health-conscious guests.”

The chain has a wide selection of smoothies, including the popular Detox Island Green, made with spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana, and ginger, and Kiwi Quencher, with kiwi, strawberry, and non-fat yogurt.

All smoothies can be customized with different supplements and fresh add-ins, including raw almonds, whey protein, and vitamin B12.

Meanwhile on the food menu, customers can find various sandwiches, including chicken caprese and avocado grilled cheese, several types of wraps, flatbreads, quesadillas, and salads. There are also several breakfast options that are served all day.
