While the housing market is still cooling across the region, there are still some ZIP Codes in the Philadelphia area that are seeing high demand and quick sales, including three in Bucks County.

ZIP Code 18947 in Pipersville ranked in third place on the list of twelve Philadelphia-area ZIP Codes where homes are selling the fastest. The median list price in the ZIP Code is $1,019,990. The homes around here spend an average of 26 days on the market before being sold.

ZIP Code 19030 in Fairless Hills follows closely in fourth place with a median list price of $399,975 and an average of 30 days spent on the market.

Finally, ZIP Code 19055 in Levittown tied for tenth place with Glen Mills and Marlton, New Jersey. The town’s median list price for homes is $342,450 and the average time that a house tens to spend on the market is 35 days.
