The project is now going into its second phase of development.

A major development plan in Bucks County is moving on to the next phase of construction for a brand new trade center. Ryan Mulligan wrote about the developments for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

NorthPoint Development is currently working on construction of a new 1,159,849 square-foot facility at Keystone Trade Center, the former site of U.S. Steel in Bucks County. The new trade center will be a center of commerce in the Falls Township area.

“This is a site that has been of interest in the region and the community for quite some time,” said Tom Golarz, an executive vice president with Colliers, the company in charge of the leasing for the project.

“A lot of people thought there was room for the ability to enhance and attract different businesses.”

Plans for the new center began back in the fall of 2020, with leasing agreements being talked about and blueprints being shows to various township officials.
