U.S. News & World Report Recognizes Blue Bell’s Wisler Pearlstine as One of the Region’s Best Law Firms
U.S. News & World Report has recognized Wisler Pearlstine — a Blue Bell-based law firm that serves Greater Philadelphia with outstanding, cost-effective, and highly responsive legal assistance — as one of the region’s best law firms.
Wisler Pearlstine was named a Tier 1 Philadelphia firm in two practice areas, Family Law and Municipal Law, in the 2023 edition of U.S. News — Best Lawyers. It was also named a Tier 2 Philadelphia firm for Arbitration and Land Use and Zoning Law and a Tier 2 national firm for Land Use and Zoning Law.
“This designation is a testament to our team of dedicated attorneys and the exceptional service they provide to our clients,” said Amy Brooks, the firm’s Administrative Partner. “Wisler Pearlstine is proud to receive this honor for yet another year.”
Achieving a tiered ranking by U.S. News signals a unique combination of quality law practice and breadth of legal expertise, according to Best Lawyers. It recognizes the most elite firms across the nation, identified for their professional excellence with consistently positive feedback from clients and peers.
To become eligible for a “Best Law Firms” ranking, at least one lawyer at the firm must be recognized in the latest edition of The Best Lawyers in America, an exclusive award presented to only the top five percent of lawyers in the United States. Three Wisler Pearlstine attorneys received that honor:
- Amy De Shong (Family Law)
- James Garrity (Municipal Law and Land Use and Zoning Law)
- Mason Avrigian (Arbitration and Family Law)
Garrity was also named the 2023 Municipal Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Philadelphia.
Joseph Blackburn was also included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America 2023 (Land Use and Zoning Law).
Wisler Pearlstine maintains the same core principles that its founders (Paul Wisler, Raymond Pearlstine, Leonard Talone, and Morris Gerber) established in 1945 — that the practice of law is a profession of high standards and ethics founded on people serving people.
