The development company plans to turn the the 17-acre property into a new local vacation spot, complete with a restaurant, event spaces, a several “micro cabins”, which will allow visitors to enjoy a stay in Bucks County in peace and quiet.

“I think the property calls for [cabins],” said Frank Cretella, the founder of Landmark Developers. “I think it kind of plays to the rural-ness and staying close to the ground, close to nature. The property is what really pointed us in this direction.”

Cretella’s company bought the property, which was the former location of Cascade Lodge, in order to create a new an updated oasis for tourists to come and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
