The live set is a popular Christmas tradition.

A Bucks County church is bringing Christmas to life with a special display on one of the area’s most popular roads. Staff writers for the Bucks County Courier Times wrote about the occasion.

The Doylestown Presbyterian Church, located at 127 East Court Street in Doylestown, is setting up at live Nativity scene on the town’s Mechanic Street. The scene will be put up on Friday, two days before the holiday, and will be set up on a drive-thru basis.

The church’s Dad Group will be organizing the event, a tradition for all Bucks County residents to enjoy.

“Last year was so rewarding for us, and we can’t wait to go bigger this year!” said Matt Rizk, a member of the Dads Group. “Seeing the cars lined up and greeting many new and familiar faces made it all worthwhile.”
