As of right now, the new distribution center is not happening in Bucks County.

An assisted living complex in Bucks County is almost complete, the most recent place for residents to move into this year. Damon C. Williams wrote about the updates for the Bucks County Courier Times.

The former site of the Mill Run retirement center, located in Bristol Borough, is being converted into an assisted living complex. With the most recent updates made to the complex, officials say that employment and residency applications will open for potential employees and residents of the new spot in December.

“We are within striking distance of opening the two-story structure, (and) it will have 64 beds,” said Michael Hollister, who is representing developer 1201 Wilson Acquisition, the main player in this project.

Development of the new center began in 2017, with several delays withholding the opening date of the complex for years. Now that its completion is just on the horizon, prospective resents can look forward to their new homes opening soon.
