The young artist's work is now on display for all to see.

A young Bucks County artist, who lives with autism, recently found a large fanbase with his work, which he made during troubling times. Jason Laughlin wrote about the young man’s work for the The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Emmett Tolis, a 13-year-old painter from Jamison, made a large amount of painting when he was hospitalized last year. His work, which depicts items and events in his everyday life, captivated art enthusiasts so much that he now has his own gallery in Bucks County.

“This is literally like seeing into Emmett’s soul right here,” his mother said.

Tolis’ work was created as a form of therapy while he was in the hospital last year. His mother created over 150 holiday cards last year, all of which bore her son’s unique art on them.
