Two business partners from Newtown have been operating a successful cosmetics company in Bristol, with their products making waves in the area. Nancy Rokos compiled pictures and told their story for the Bucks County Courier Times.

Dr. Yong Liu and Angie Li are co-owners of Fairy Gene, a manufacturing company of cosmetics and skincare products, whose manufacturing facility is in Bristol. The Newtown natives started the company with hopes of creating amazing beauty products in the Bucks County area.

Some of the labels that the company manufactures for include Asterwood Naturals, Rulong, and Radiate Joy. The company creates popular beauty products such as Hyaluronic Acid, anti-aging face serum, and other skin care products, ,any of which are staples in the bathrooms of women around America.

Last year, the cosmetics company received funding through the Department of Community and Economic Development’s Pennsylvania Minority Business Development Authority (PMBDA).
