This Bucks County High School Is Promoting STEM-Based Activities for Girls This Fall

The school had several students that were recognized for their academic prowess.

A Bucks County high school is offering STEM-based activities for its female students this coming October. Staff writers at Lower Bucks Times wrote about the upcoming event.

Archbishop Wood High School, located at 655 York Road in Warminster, will be hosting an event for local Girl Scouts who are at the Junior and Brownie level on Oct. 8. The event will last from 9 AM to 2:30 PM.

“Girls in STEM Day” will allow the Girl Scouts to participate in a variety of STEM-oriented activities that are fun and educational. Those participating will have a chance to receive their “Think Like An Engineer” badge.
