A Bucks County elementary school recently received a donation from a local retirement facility and hospice care center.

Manor Elementary School, a Levittown school that is part of the Pennsbury School District, recently received a donation from Artis Senior Living of Yardley, a local retirement facility, and Serenity Hospice PA, a Bensalem-based hospice center. The two centers donated school supplies to help students kick off the new school year on the right foot.

“We are so fortunate and grateful to have such caring community partners!” Pennsbury School District said online. “Special thanks to ‘Manor Strong’ 5th-grade ambassadors Alice B, Daniel D, and Balazs H. for helping out when the donations were dropped off.”

The Fallsington-based school district regularly works with local institutions to ensure that their students have the best supplies for the best education possible. It is through donations such as these that Manor students will be well-equipped for this latest school year.
