About the Redeemer Health NICU

The Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Redeemer’s maternity unit provides 24-hour support with state-of-the-art equipment and specialists.

For infants who are premature or need additional care, neonatologists are available through a partnership with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Giraffe beds are designed to model the environment of a mother’s womb, controlling temperature and humidity, keeping premature babies warm, and their delicate skin in good condition. The beds allow them to grow in an optimal place.
