The corporate leadership shown by Donna Dorozinsky has caught the attention of the Women Presidents Organization (WPO) and JPMorgan Chase. The two institutions have named her one of the 50 fastest growing women-owned and -led companies in the U.S.

Dorozinsky is President/CEO of Just in Time GCP in Warrington. The consulting firm helps biopharma companies navigate regulatory compliance reviews.

To qualify for the ranking, businesses are required to:

• Be privately held
• Be woman-owned or -led
• Post annual revenues of at least $500,000 in each of the past five years

Rankings were calculated using a sales growth formula that combines percentage with absolute growth.

The WPO, a Montreal organization, noted some interesting trends in the 2022 list, its 15th annual. For the second year running, the top three performers it recognized are all companies run by women of color.

And reflective of a general upswing in global business as COVID-19 ebbs, more than 96 percent of honorees reported that their businesses have returned to pre-pandemic profitability. Or that they were never adversely affected by the health crisis.
