Universal Banker

The universal banker role at QNB Bank serves with creativity and energy, taking personal initiative and serving as a role model for colleagues.

Openings for these positions are currently being filled at the bank’s Allentown, Dublin, and Quakertown locations.

Specific duties include building customer relations by representing the organization in a courteous, confidential, and professional manner; evaluating customer needs; maintains a working knowledge of branch transactions (serving new deposits, preparing Currency Transaction Reports, servicing the ATM, and taking and disbursing consumer loans); opens, closes, and services every type of bank deposit product; accumulating knowledge of branch transactions; assists in training; processes and prepares branch cash and settlement; and participates in bank community outreaches.

Successful Universal Bankers at QNB Bank have the following educational/training components: high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent (with some college courses preferred but not required); excellent skills in relating to people, motivating team members, communication, arithmetic; ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift heavy bags of coins.

Beyond these basics, the candidate must be willing to complete other professional certification requirements.

Financial Services Representative

These opportunities are available for those seeking full- or part-time employment; the roles are available in Coopersburg, Dublin, and Pennsburg.

Financial Service Representatives provide courteous, confidential, and professional service, promptly, efficiently and accurately. They process transactions through consultative selling and cross-selling.

Other responsibilities include paying and receiving teller functions accurately; balancing cash drawers at day’s end; relating to others; demonstrating an ability to give and receive instructions; developing a strong knowledge of QNB products; and championing QNB sales, serves, referral, and product campaigns.

Useful skills include success in working with colleagues and customers; ability to lift heavy bags of coins; and excellent communication skills.

Post-hire, financial services representatives must complete training and certification requirements.

Customer Service Center Representative

The Customer Service Center Representative provides exemplary customer service to incoming callers through various delivery channels, including the telephone and internet. The listed opening is in Quakertown.

Success in this position is measured by the ability to build customer relationships by being conscientious, courteous, and confidential; open, close, and service every type of deposit product; complete consumer loan applications; complete compliance training requirements.
