Langhorne Plaza — a 107,693 sq. ft. retail center on E. Lincoln Highway — has been sold by its Needham, Mass. owner, Waterstone Properties. Natalie Kostelni rang up the particulars for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The purchase price for the commercial real estate transaction, overseen by Forged Real Estate, was $23.45 million.

The center is fully leased with tenants that include Floor & Décor, Bob’s Discount Furniture, Starbucks, and AT&T.

The site offers numerous retail advantages from its position in the Oxford Valley trade area:

  • Easy access to city shoppers eager to shave 2 percent off the Philadelphia County sales tax
  • Convenience to other local retail opportunities such as Redner’s Warehouse Market, Target, Staples, and Lowe’s
  • Proximity to Sesame Place, which draws an estimated one million visitors per year
  • A surrounding community of more than 360,000 people with an average household income over $100,000
