The Bristol distribution center of Diamond Tool & Fastener, Inc., is included in its recent acquisition by White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC, of Philadelphia.

The arrangement also brings a Diamond Tool location in Edgewater Park, N.J., into the White Cap holdings.

The distribution center, at 1526 Grundy Lane, Bristol, has served local contractors in the Philadelphia market since 1974. In addition to selling STIHL-branded tools, Diamond Tools also handled rentals and offered numerous training in safety measures mandated by OSHA.

The senior leadership of White Cap, headquartered in Atlanta, is very enthused about the arrangement.

White Cap supports professional contractors with materials, tools, equipment, and safety products. It operates 450 branches across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. It stocks 450,000 SKUs to serve approximately 150,000 customers annually.
