Lynn Electronics' new acquisition, Total Cable Solutions, will handle the telecom/broadband side of the business.

Lynn Electronics of Ivyland, following its acquisition of Total Cable Solutions, has shifted the structure of its internal operations. The fiberoptic and copper cable assembly company now serves customers via a Data Center/Enterprise division and a Telecom/Broadband division.

Lynn Electronics, deliverer of network connectivity products since 1964, acquired Total Cable Solutions this past March. The addition of its capabilities as a broadband authority and innovator precipitated the internal corporate shuffle:

  • The existing datacom division will support the data center/enterprise side of the business
  • Total Cable Solutions — the new acquisition — will support telecom/broadband needs

The company believes that efficiencies realized by this reorg will position it to better serve clients.

“Our customer’s trust has been paramount to the success of our business for many years, we are thrilled to announce this strategy which mirrors the structure of many of our customers,” said Mike Boulanger, CEO.

“While we build a stronger team, our best will continue to support you in a better organized and more strategic fashion,” he concluded.
