MDH Home Services LLC helps families live their ideal lifestyle by taking tasks off their to-do list. Its goal is to provide clients with home services, so that they can spend more time enjoying the things that matter to them and less time taking care of household burdens. MDH Home Services helps busy families with the household tasks such as:

• Cooking
• Menu planning
• Grocery shopping
• Light tidying/housekeeping
• Laundry
• Organization
• Errand running

Each position takes two to eight hours of time per shift. You will be paid a flat-rate that equates to between $16-$30 per hour, dependent on your experience, your time efficiency, the quality of your work, and the tasks involved.

You can take on as many or as few clients as you want weekly. The minimum commitment is twice a week (approximately eight hours).

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence/empathy
• Be punctual, honorable, efficient, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Take pride in his/her work.

The best candidate will have have at least three years of cooking experience; a reliable vehicle with the availability to travel within 25 miles of the Greater Philadelphia area; a smartphone and the skill with technology to utilize the company’s app; and availability at least two days a week between 9 AM and 3 PM (Mondays and Tuesdays are preferred).
