Almost 70 Percent of Bucks County Communities Reported New COVID-19 Cases Last Week

Thirty-seven out of 57 Bucks County communities, sorted by ZIP Code, currently indicated higher levels of COVID-19 cases than the week before, according to data from the Penn Live Patriot-News. 

No community reported a drop. 

New patients presenting symptoms of a coronavirus infection numbered 1,469, a very slight improvement overall of less than 100 in the figure from a week ago.

Fifteen communities saw at least 1,000 cases this week; 14 reported at least 100; 17 now show double-digit numbers. 

Areas such as Holicong, Danboro, Mechanicsville and Bedminster show the same levels of infection as last week: no new cases, no reduction in cases. 

The exit of the J&J vaccine has currently closed the Bucks County vaccination center at Warwick Square; however, all other sites are in operation and accepting appointments for the Pfizer vaccine. 

Thus far, 223,136 Bucks County residents are partially vaccinated; 145,034 are fully vaccinated.
