Brick-and-mortar gym openings in Bucks County have been sporadic over the past months, leading GymGuyz in Langhorne to take their fitness show on the road, writes Peg Quann for the Bucks County Courier Times.
Tooling around Bucks County in a signature red van, Bill Alesio runs the local GymGuys franchise. He began a personal fitness journey five years ago when he used a calorie-counting app, regular workouts and a running regimen to peel off some pounds.

He opted for the GymGuyz brand, a mobile, in-home fitness service that also offers nutrition training and senior workouts.
Alesio’s sessions are “very customized — Do they want to get in shape for a wedding? Lose 30 pounds?” He said “convenient, customized and creative,” are his three crucial C’s.
