Nappen & Associates, a leading industrial real estate developer and property manager located in Montgomeryville, is proud to introduce its newest team members.

Tracy Flissar joins Nappen & Associates as Vice President of Leasing and brings extensive experience and insight in the industrial real estate market.

Prior to joining Nappen & Associates, Tracy worked at IDI Logistics and Jones Lang LaSalle, where she facilitated construction, development, leasing and property management. At Nappen & Associates, Tracy will lead the leasing team, market Nappen’s availabilities for lease and grow its tenant base, fitting the right tenant in the right space.

Nappen & Associates is also pleased to introduce Jillian Gude, who joined the Nappen team in May 2020. Jillian is a recent graduate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in marketing and brings a fresh perspective on the latest modes of marketing in the real estate sector.

In her role as a Leasing Assistant and Property Manager, Jillian will aid the Nappen leasing team in the promotion of its latest availabilities, as well as accommodating the needs of existing tenants.

Tracy and Jillian join Nappen & Associates at a pivotal time in its 51-year history, as the company is rapidly expanding its real estate footprint in the greater Philadelphia area.

Nappen & Associates has recently completed construction of a 125,000 square foot state of the art warehouse in Quakertown, PA, and is currently constructing a 213,592 square foot warehouse in Hatfield, PA.

For over 50 years, Nappen & Associates specialized in the development, construction and management of industrial and flex space in Bucks and Montgomery counties. Having developed approximately 3.5 million square feet, ranging in size from 2,200 to 340,000 square feet, Nappen and its affiliated companies successfully meet the needs of a wide variety of tenants.
