A neighborhood staple in Pipersville, Dags Bar and Grill lives by the motto “everybody is somebody.”
The bar near the entrance features an Irish welcome and serves drinks and snacks, with tables for sitting, games and pool for entertainment, and a fridge to grab a six-pack to take home.
Now in its third generation of family ownership, Gruver’s in Richlandtown is run by a husband and wife team in what was once a gas station and general store. It offers beer, cider, and a rotating menu offering tacos, hot dogs, and wings.
Trum Tavern in Trumbauersville stands out as a rare smoking bar, with 300 years of hospitality in a space that has operated continuously as a pub or hotel since the 1700s.
Regulars often claim designated seats, while the weekly pool, karaoke, and live music help keep the atmosphere lively.
