Yolanda Hadid has relisted her New Hope lavender farm on the market after a previous deal fell through for the same $10.88 million asking price, reports Mary K. Jacob for the New York Post.
The 32-acre property, which initially hit the market last September, dates back to 1682 and was purchased by the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star in 2017 for $4 million.
Hadid announced the re-listing on her Instagram this week and said she sees the failed deal as a blessing.
“When the Farm fell out of escrow last year I chose to see it as a gift … more sunsets, more time, more moments, more meaning,” she wrote.
In preparation for the property returning to the market, Hadid made some new additions to the farm.
“I just planted over 3,000 new lavender plants as an act of faith and promise to the land to keep the traditions moving forward,” wrote Hadid. “I trust in perfect timing.”
The central 1810 farmhouse boasts five fireplaces and three bedrooms, and is surrounded by three guest cottages, a barn with 14 horse stalls, a pool, extensive gardens, a dressage arena, and a meditation labyrinth.
Hadid has already purchased a $4.25 million mansion not far from her farm, and has begun extensive renovations on her new home.
