Fort Washington’s Toll Brothers is once again earning national recognition for its luxury home designs, according to a press release.
The company recently captured seven Gold Awards and 28 Silver Awards at The Nationals. The ceremony is the homebuilding industry’s top honors presented by the National Association of Home Builders’ Sales and Marketing Council.
The awards recognize excellence in product and community design, interior merchandising, outdoor living, landscaping, marketing, and sales performance.
A panel of industry professionals selected finalists from more than 1,100 entries nationwide. Toll Brothers divisions in Arizona, California, Colorado, and South Carolina secured Gold Awards across multiple categories. These include best single-family detached model home, best outdoor living space, best landscape of a model complex, and several interior merchandising distinctions.
Toll Brothers executive VP, Seth Ring, said the recognition reflects the company’s continued commitment to high-end design and innovation across its communities.
While the award-winning projects span the country, the impact starts in Fort Washington. Toll Brothers remains one of the nation’s leading luxury home builders, with nearly 60 years in the industry.
The latest accolades further cement the Montco-based company’s reputation as a design leader on the national stage.
