Portfolio Manager III
This position requires specialized depth and breadth of expertise in exercising sound judgement in credit and risk administration through continuous credit monitoring to identify emerging credit risk in a timely manner. The person prepares credit memorandums and has extensive knowledge of credit policies with the ability to apply them to a variety of situations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, as well as five to seven years of experience in underwriting and portfolio management. The person exhibits a deep knowledge of loan structuring, risk assessment, credit policies, and procedures, with previous experience assisting with, or preparing, term sheets for discussion. He/she will be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.

Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager
The primary responsibilities of this position are to properly evaluate existing and prospective credit relationships by working closely with the relationship managers and team leader and providing training and oversight to the credit analyst team. The person will also be a value-added resource for all assigned commercial real estate finance relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, as well as three to five years of experience in commercial real estate lending. The person will have a solid knowledge of commercial real estate lending practices, compliance issues, and underwriting skills.

Community Banking Branch Sales Manager (City Avenue)
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage a branch team of employees and/or more than one branch to develop business, provide extraordinary service to customers, maintain operational integrity and a professional office appearance, and manage operating expenses. He/she directs the daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to assure good quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch. The person will foster a motivational environment and strong sense of service and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will possess a four-year college degree and more than five years of successful branch management experience. He/she must be a self-motivated, proven leader with a track record of delivering consistent sales results. This includes driving branch performance and fostering a high-performing team. The person will have a working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures that impact retail and business services, as well as knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank retail products and services.
