Jennifer Kipe has joined Mid Penn Bank as First Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer.
She will support the bank’s commercial lending efforts in the south-central New Jersey region and will be based in the bank’s Mount Laurel office, reporting to Jeannine Cimino, Senior Vice President and Regional President.
Kipe brings extensive experience in commercial lending, business development, and relationship management. Most recently, she served as relationship manager for Columbia Bank, where she managed commercial lending relationships and contributed to portfolio growth across southern New Jersey. Prior to that, she held leadership positions with Republic Bank, 1st Colonial Community Bank, Royal Bank America, and TD Bank, overseeing credit management, portfolio expansion, and business relationship development throughout Philadelphia and southern New Jersey.
Kipe earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from Temple University. She’s also active in her community and supports causes related to animal welfare, community improvement, and workforce development.
