Bucks County Native Diane Ibrahim Among Women of Influence 2025 Honorees

Diane Ibrahim has developed a distinguished legal career at her firm and has dedicated her entire professional life there.

Diane Ibrahim, a Bucks County native and executive vice president of Greenberg Traurig, is one of this year’s Women of Influence honorees, writes Lynn Stock for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Ibrahim has developed a distinguished legal career at her firm and has dedicated her entire professional life there. She also serves as managing shareholder of the Delaware office and has a deep expertise in Delaware corporate law.

As the first woman to lead the Delaware office, she oversees the development of over 800 associates nationwide, with a leadership style defined by candor, empathy and leading by example.

She considers “being named executive vice president at Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm of more than 2,800 lawyers, all while delivering excellent client service, leading an office and raising a family,” to be her proudest career accomplishment so far.

Her secret to success is simple.

“Building genuine connections with my clients and colleagues, being trustworthy and reliable, and understanding what makes people tick,” said Ibrahim.

Outside of work, Ibrahim engages in community service and advocacy, supporting foster children and women in law, and has served as a Guardian ad Litem for the Office of the Child Advocate.
