Yolanda Hadid, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, is selling her 30-acre Family Farm in New Hope for $10.9 million, writes Natalia Senanayake for People.
Purchased in 2017, the lavender farm and equestrian estate was custom-designed by the model and designer to become a safe retreat for her and her three children, Gigi, Bella and Anwar, where they could recharge and reconnect with nature.
Hadid recalled “Bella and Gigi riding their horses bareback around the farm and training in the jumping arena in such close proximity from New York and their very busy careers.”
Hadid herself especially enjoyed harvesting her own lavender.
“It truly is a slice of Heaven, a sanctuary and our safe haven,” she said.
Originally deeded in 1682, the property includes a main stone farmhouse dating to 1810. In redesigning the home, Hadid honored its historic appeal while incorporating modern updates.
The three-bedroom, five-bathroom farmhouse has five fireplaces and a variety of living and dining spaces. A 1776 stone bank barn nearby houses an entertainment area, gym and professional equestrian facility.
The Carriage House, Corn Crib Cottage and Lavender Cottage, each with their own full kitchen, complete this expansive estate.
