Peddler’s Village Coffee Shop Transforms into Iconic Gilmore Girls Diner

Mama Hawk’s Kitchen & Coffee in Peddler’s Village has transformed into the iconic Gilmore Girls location, Luke’s Diner, from now until Halloween.

Mama Hawk’s Kitchen & Coffee is dressing up for Halloween this year as Luke’s Diner from the beloved “Gilmore Girls” TV series, reports Jennaphr Frederick for Fox 29 Philadelphia.

Liz Hawkins, the owner of the Lahaska coffee shop, has transformed the space, inside and out, to match the diner.

The outside boasts Luke’s signature sign, and the interior is decorated with iconic wall decor and signage from the show. Tools and toolboxes line the shelves, a call back to when Luke’s Diner was formerly a hardware store.

The menu has also taken inspiration from the show, now featuring tasty new drinks and food options that capture the essence of the fall season.

Customers can try out the Gilmore Girls Latte, a pumpkin spice latte with s’mores flavors. The Stars Hollow Chai is another delicious beverage featuring sweet pumpkin cold foam.

Purchase one of their Gilmore Girls candles, with scents like Stars Hollow, Sookie’s Kitchen, Chilton Prep and more.

Also check out their Autumn Flatbread, featuring fig jam, chicken, pears, mixed greens, candied walnuts and cranberries.

Don’t forget to grab a slice of coffee cake or one of their fresh cookies, including oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip and snickerdoodle.
