Community Banking Branch Manager — Bryn Mawr
This position will manage a branch team of employees and/or more than one branch to develop business, provide extraordinary service to customers, maintain operational integrity and a professional office appearance, and manage operating expenses. He/she directs the daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch within the framework of corporate policies and procedures to assure good quality service to customers, satisfied and challenged employees, and an efficient and profitable operating branch.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, proven leader with a track record of delivering consistent sales results. This includes driving branch performance and fostering a high-performing team. He/she will possess more than five years of successful branch management experience and preferably a college degree.

Mortgage Loan Officer
This position originates residential mortgage loans in accordance with the guidelines of the bank and/or its investors. He/she follows through from the origination process through and after loan closing to ensure customer satisfaction. The person is challenged to meet loan production goals, while ensuring the quality standards and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a college degree and at least two years of retail, residential mortgage sales experience. He/she must have an active NMLS License, as well as documented residential mortgage loan origination volume in the past 12 months of $10 million. The person will have in-depth understanding and knowledge of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulatory requirements.

Universal Supervisor — Krewstown
This position will be the face of the bank, delivering world-class service and building lasting relationships with valued customers by providing a seamless customer experience. He/she will monitor customer service transactions and provide work direction to other universal and teller staff. The person supervises the traditional teller service area to ensure customer service and compliance objectives are consistently met.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or retail environment with cash-handling experience. Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM is a plus. He/she will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
